About Me: Dr Jeremy Cox

About Me

I’m Dr. Jeremy D. Cox, a freelance webmaster and digital strategist based in North Alabama. For more than seventeen years, I’ve helped ministries, schools, and community organizations communicate with clarity, purpose, and excellence in the digital world. My work blends technical skill with a heart for service, creating websites and branding that reflect each organization’s mission and identity.

I specialize in building clean, accessible, mission‑driven websites using platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, Google Sites, Weebly, Hostinger, and more. Whether I’m designing a logo, shaping a school’s visual identity, or developing a full online presence for a church or nonprofit, my goal is always the same: to help people tell their story well.

My approach is hands‑on, thoughtful, and collaborative. I value honest communication, strong design, and solutions that make a real difference for the people who use them. Every project is an opportunity to serve — to strengthen ministries, support educators, and equip communities with tools that help them grow.

Technology is a ministry tool. When used with purpose, it can reach people, strengthen communities, and open doors for transformation.

I have taken the following online courses:

I am a web designer who uses my HTML and CSS expertise to create visually appealing and well-structured websites. Although I currently lack knowledge of JavaScript, I aspire to learn it in the future. My journey in website design began 18 years ago, and since then, I have volunteered with various content management systems (CMS) to enhance my skills and efficiency.
